Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will refund or replace it at no additional cost. Please report the issue within 30 days of the purchase date.
To report a problem, contact us with:
- Your order number or the email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damage (if applicable)
You do not need to return the item. Just send photos of the damage and we will take care of it. We will respond within 1–2 business days and arrange a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
General Returns
Because our products are general-purpose and one-size-fits-all, we do not accept returns for sizing, fit, or change of mind. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
